Role: Requin is the mayor and ruler of Slayer City. Currently he is the basis of the main storyline. Gabrielle, who he supposedly killed to gain control of Slayer City, has been resurrected back as a Vemon to avenge his own death. But, for some reason Gabrielle won't show himself until he has his hands on Cordelia, a very close friend of Tartarus McValent's. Requin is using Tartarus to get to Cordelia, but unfortunately a contractor for the family called Paperd0ll, an old friend of Requin, has come in a messed the situation up.
