Campaign Information
Welcome to Slayer City's first campaign. The system is fairly new so we don't expect everything to work completely smoothly first time round, but we're hoping to have a fully completed campaign within a few months. The campaign basically consists of several elements

I'll guide you through all of them step by step and then we'll go over the rules. Then, once you've gone through this thread there's a signup thread for if you do wish to be involved in the campaign. There will be special campaign areas setup but must will be roleplayed in the general areas.
Storyline
It all started with Gabrielle's last decision for the city. Before Requin had killed him, and the reason Requin killed him, Gabrielle made the decision to open the underground gates and let out all the immortals. The problem being all the immortals from the underground were mutant and hybrid. For a long time people couldn't work out why such strange and powerful creatures had emerged from a basic Vampire, Lycan and Demon breeding ground.
The story goes that there were three very powerful Demons that got locked into the underground at the time of it's creation, long before even Gabrielle was born. These three Demons were known to deal each in their own types of magic. One dealt in Blood Magic (The Necromancer), one in Spiritual Magic (The Spiritualist) and the last one in Elemental Magic (The Elementalist). Together they must have performed dark rituals and began to create an army in the undergrounds over hundreds of years. When the gates were opened their army spilled out into Southside of the city and the three Demons fled.
According to sources, the three Demons fled to the city watchtower which devides Northside and Southside and is only a few miles from the Harland District. The watchtower consists of obviously the tower, and then a two mile wall that devides north and south city. The Demons had placed an enchantment on Watchtower, and even though people could pass through the gates to either side of the city, nobody could enter the watchtower. Every now and again great beams of energy would fire from the top of the tower and hit somewhere in Southside, spawning more of their evil army.
As time went on, and as Requin decided to ignore the situation more and more Southside became completely unsafe. Not even the usual and biggest vampire gangs and lycan clubs could protect themselves from the huge hordes of creatures. Most of the immortals, even rival gangs, pulled together and barricaded houses and buildings to protect themselves from the creatures. But soon, most of the vampires started to die out since they had nothing to feed on. The Lycans started to suffer from insanity and the Demons found magical means of transporting themselves into Northside and finding lodgings there.
Now, Requin calls for the cities largest heroes, killers and contractors. He needs three parties to go and collect what are called the [i]Disenchantment Items[/i]. They are three wierdly crafted and magical items held by the cities top Demon alchemists. Although, followers of the three demons are also after the items to keep anyone from removing the enchantment on the watchtower and putting a stop to the three demons. So, there's going to be just as big a battle on Northside as there is on Southside.
Goals
- 1. Each party collects their item (200 moves at least)
- 2. Each party must track down a ritualist (200 moves at least)
- 3. All parties must meet up in the same thread (10 moves)
- 4. Each party splits up after the ritual into seperate threads
- 5. Each party goes and battles their demons (300 moves at least)
Conditions
- On the event on player inactivity, his character will be killed and he must remain unactive until the current campaign is completed
- A reward of 10,000 RPXPP will be awarded to all players to finish the campaign
- 5,000 RPXPP will be awarded to any characters who willingly die during the campaign
- You must follow all move regulations (1 move = 1 post). Moves are collective, so not 200+ moves per person, it's 200+ moves per party.
Elements
The following elements will occur at some point during the campaign:
Battle elements
You will be expected to roleplay battle situations as a party against maybe other party members and/or NPCs. Note: ONLY NPCs for this campaign.
Ritual elements
You will be expected to perform a ritual during one of the goals. You will recieve instructions through PM on how to perform during this ritual.
Players
The campaign is split into three parties, each party can consist of up to six members maximum. Each party will be assigned (on PM) a set of indepth-goals and instructions on how to go about the campaign.
There will be no narrator character in this campaign except for Mods and Admins.
